<p>1897 Sexagenary 4d - 5s on local cover, tied by three light strikes of the St Kitts duplex of JY 28. &nbsp;Some foxed perfs and the 5s also slightly affected by moisture, the envelope with pinholes and roughly opened, but very rare since no more than six examples of the 5s are thought to exist on cover. &nbsp;RPS Certificate (1968), “soiled and rust stained”. &nbsp;SG 12-16</p>
