<p>1899-1900 ¼a rose-pink, pin perf 14 in block of 96 (12x8), with the first two vertical columns variety no vertical perforations between, forming 8 horizontal imperf between horiz pairs (!), and top two rows (rows 7-8 on cert) tête-bêche, unused without gum as issued, folded between rows 1 & 2, 4 & 5, minor thins and traces of toning, nonetheless and impressive multiple, clearly displaying the listed imperf between variety.
