New Castle Z.A.R 27 NOV 1899" three lined h/s; 1900 ½d Briefkaart marked 'Velddienst' to Roodeport, cancelled by Veldpost Glencoe 15 Jan 1900 three lined h/s in violet, with ‘PK New Castle 25 JAN 1900’ three lined h/s; 1900 stampless cover to Aliwal North bearing Heidelberg cds for MR 07, backstamped by Pretoria transit cds and Bloemfontein arrival for MR 10; 1900 to Switzerland, franked by ½d (3) 1d (2) 2½d, tied by individual strikes from Dundee Natal cds for 25 AP; 1902 Censored cover from Burgher Camp, Belfast bearing camp oval cachet for 26 FEB 1902, franked by E.R.I ½d surcharge on 2d (x4, two horizontal pairs), tied by Belfast cds for 27 FEB with pink censor label at top; and c.1900s hand illustrated cover, with South African Republic flag on reverse, sent from S Van Niekirk c/o N.J. Smith in Felddienst addressed to his daughter at Lydenburg via Middelburg. Condition variable although an interesting lot. (7)
