 Mexico 1916 (27 Jul) censored envelope to Ronneby, Sweden with a fine franking consisting of 10c on 1c on bluish paper ‘G P de M’ issue in two horizontal strips of three and a pair tied Buon Mexico DF duplex, arrival backstamp of 11.9; stamp at top right damaged and small tear at top of envelope. The bluish paper was created as an experiment to discourage looting, it was very short-lived and thus envelopes like this very rare.
