1857 entire to Manchester franked by 1854-57 2d blue, Perf 14, Wmk Large Crown, Plate 5, tied by a superb strike of the type XVIII "Queen Street" Scots local handstamp in green ink, and backstamped by Glasgow cds for MR 21 and Manchester double arc ds for the following day. Light toning affecting adhesive, otherwise fine. Rarity "D". SG 34.
