<p>1897 Jubilee complete set of 16 to $5, each with handstamped seriffed SPECIMEN handstamp (15.5 x 2.5mm) in violet, which was usually only applied to the 50c to $5 for UPU distribution, large part o.g. The low values with odd minor faults (15c creased, 20c with a short perf, ½c, 1c, 3c with a few toned perf tips at top), but mostly fine to very fine, with fresh colours and centring above average for this issue. A very rare set with the ½c to 20c showing this "SPECIMEN" opt, presumably prepared for presentation purposes. &nbsp;SG 121s-140s</p>
