<p>Postcard stamps. 1919 35k on 4k carmine-red ‘Romanov’, handstamped surcharge as Type 2, unused without gum (as are all of these). Very fine for this; only 78 issued, with a very low survival rate. Friedl Certificate (1978) signed Bloch, as is the stamp. SG P2 (catalogued £18000 on unused postcard).</p>
