1943 All Hallows By-The-Tower Rebuilding Fund. Very fine group of working die proofs of five of the six designs printed by Bradbury Wilkinson of white proof paper in black, carmine, red-brown and brown. Each proof initialled at bottom right and two, further annotated with design changes. All Hallows was the oldest church in London and destroyed by German bombers in 1940. The stamp were sent to all who contributed 5 shillings and over to the rebuilding fund. Unique, Ex Bradbury Wilkinson Archives.
