PACKET/12 MR 60/I O’, the reverse with Sierra Leone transit and Hungerford (13.3) arrival cds; 1892 mourning envelope from Freetown to Eastbourne, franked at double rate with 1884-91 ½d dull green (10, with marginal strip of five and two pairs), all tied by ‘B31’ barred numeral cancels, the obverse with Freetown transit and Liverpool transit cds, overlapped; large proportion of flap missing.
