Turnbull, deputy Postmaster General of Canada, with all stamps as unmounted blocks of four, including: 1942-47 War Effort set to $1, Special Delivery 10c and 16c, 17c Air Mail, 1946 Peace set to $1, mostly very fine condition, scarce.
