<p>1928 Publicity, DLR printing, 5ct photographic essay on glazed paper, pasted on thick card, (100x100mm) showing un-adopted design similar to issued 2ct but depicting the ‘S.S. Silvia’' steamer, endorsed duplicate at top right and dated 6th May 1927 at foot with m/s annotations. The design for the 5ct was later changed to the ‘Express Train’ after the Colony cabled DLR and suggested an alternative. Attractive and scarce. SG 168var</p>
