<p>Govt. Parcels. 1891-1900 1s green & carmine, with ERROR OVERPRINT INVERTED. A used example of this magnificent departmental rarity cancelled by a London roller cancel from the Mount Pleasant Parcel Office with corner faults at top and bottom left and per faults at right. All twelve recorded examples appear to have originated from the same office and are similarly cancelled, of which at least five are damaged in some way or another.
