<p>1901 undated draft for a postal notice for the first King Edward VII issues, describing the denominations that “will range from ½d. to £5 as now.” and how “the head of the King will of course be substituted for the head of Queen Victoria”, with further explanation regarding the new designs and colours. The draft with one m/s amendment to the text, and with some minor peripheral imperfections (slight spotting, holepunch at lower left, small tears at right), still a fascinating document which is probably unique. &nbsp;</p>
