<p>1880-81 ½d stamp-sized die proof printed in black on&nbsp;white glazed card, mounted on DLR striking book piece (55x66mm), with m/s annotations ‘July 25th, 1880 form, 240 leads’, with dates and leads below for plate printings, additionally endorsed next to printing 4 & 5 'Aug 12' ‘*Bad’, subsequently there was never a registration sheet or printing from these two plates.
