A splendid and very valuable QV to KGVI collection housed in two stockbooks, commencing with 1840 1d black (4) and 2d (3) used (mostly four margins), then further line-engraved (used unless stated) including 1841 1d red-brown ‘set’ of 12 numbered MX cancels, 1841-51 2d blue horizontal strip of 3, 1870-73 1½d on entire, 1847-54 embossed set of 3, attractive surface-printed including 1867-83 5s watermark MX, 1880-83 3d on 3d unused, 1883-84 2s6d to 10s, 1887-92 Jubilee set to 1s (both) unused including multiples plus £1 used, KEVII unused and used values to 1s plus 2s6d unused (2) and used (4), 5s (2) used, 10s unused and used and £1 (2) used, KGV including 1913 2s6d and 10s unused, 1929 PUC £1 unused and used, and 1935 re-engraved set of 3 unused, typically mixed condition but much is very fine or superb, viewing recommended.
