1855 printed West of England Insurance form franked 2d blue Plate 5 DA, cancelled by scarce boxed straight-line EXETER dated 16 August 1855 to Totnes, usual filing crease etc (ex Robson Lowe 12/3/81 Private Treaty), and a 1d red SG 25 plate 6 TI with a large part strike. Rarely seen.
