<p>1867 2d Paris Exhibition Proof Plate 9. Very fine imperforate reconstructed irregular block of six, consisting of three horizontal pairs lettered SI-SJ, SK-SL and TK-TL. Printed in blue on soft white card. Very scarce, only one sheet of 240 printed. The block SK-TL is ex Osborne and illustrated on p80 of his plate 9 study, to show the different operations used during the 1866 repair to this printing plate.</p>
