A fine selection of forty-five imperforate 1841 1d red-brown (SG8) mostly three to four margin examples with a wonderful range of cancellations including distinctive MCs (Kilmarnock, Kelso, Greenock, Dublin, Norwich & Belfast to name but a few), Wessex cancels, UDCs, unusual numeral & datestamp combinations, spoon cancellation, Jersey numeral and marginal examples. Faults as to be expected on such a group but containing some attractive and scarce penny reds. (45).
