1882-1903 mostly used collection of departmental officials on stockcards, including Inland Revenue 1882-1901 to 6d, Office of Works 1896-02 ½d blue-green, 1902-03 ½d blue-green (2), 2d yellowish green and carmine-red (SG O38, cat £450), 2½d ultramarine (SG O39, cat £675), Army 1896-01 1d lilac ‘OFFICIAI’ flaw (2, 1 mint), Government Parcels 1883-86 1s orange-brown Pl. 14, 1887-90 6d purple on rose-red (2), 9d dull purple and blue (2), 1891-1900 2d grey-green and carmine (2). Only SG O38 and O39 with Brandon (2007) and BPA (2007) certs. Generally fine condition with attractive postmarks. (32)
