1902 2½d Ultramarine (Board of Education). Very fine used example on an OHMS Board of Education, South Kensington envelope to Paris tied by a London S.W. cds for JY.25.1903. Paris receiving cds on reverse for the following day. A very difficult stamp to find on cover. Ex Michael Astley Collection.
