1924 2½d Blue & 3d Violet (Wmk. Block Cypher). Very fine used marginal examples tied to a 'Marsh' registered envelope by Camberwell Green S.E. cds's for OC.10.1924, the first day of issue. Backstamped accordingly with registered cds's for OC.10/11.1924. Some peripheral discolouration as usually seen on these March FDC's. Very rare. SG422/423. Booth Cat £4,500.
