Envelope addressed to Tananarive (Antananarivo), Madagascar bearing a ½d Vermilion (SG197) and a 9d Dull Purple and Blue (SG209) each tied by Kingsheath cds' for JU.8.1899. Birmingham registered oval datestamps for the same day and London hooded Registered datestamp at foot. Top flap on reverse removed and a few light horizontal creases.
