1840 1d Mulready lettersheet Forme 3 Stereo A35. Very fine unfolded used example sent from London to Braintree on the first day of issue, neatly cancelled by a crisp red MC. Backstamped with superb MY.6.1840 (code B) datestamp in black. Afew lower back flap imperfections but nevertheless a lovely"First day" Mulready rarely seen with such a crisp clear datestamp.
