1833 pre-stamp wrapper sent from London to Edinburgh rated at 1/1d &nbsp;struck by an inspector's crown at top right and amended in manuscript 2/2d plus ½d tax at lower left. Showing a magnificent strike of a London dispatch datestamp on reverse for AP 4 1833 with reversed ‘S’ code (Jay L22c) which is only known recorded on this date and is very rare, possibly unique, with an Edinburgh arrival for AP 6 1833 alongside. Filing fold and smudged ink marks but a spectacular cover.
