1903 10d Dull purple & carmine (O.W. Official). Very fine used pair of this rare departmental issue from overprint positions 1+2, neatly tied to piece by light indistinct cds cancellations. Very light horizontal crease nevertheless a very presentable and a rare piece, the only used multiple of this issue we record. 1979 RPS Cert. Ex Michael Astley collection.
