1911 3d Purple-brown colour trials in Edwardian colours. A very fine pair of se-tentant colour trials of the Edwardian design and proposed George V design (30mm spacing) printed on yellow wove ungummed paper, printed “SP/4“ above Edwardian value and manuscript “Brown“ below the George V value. A spectacular trial, unique in private hands.
