1887 1½d "Jubilee". Very fine used example used on cover with dull purple (head plate) omitted, perfined "JS" and neatly tied to cover by a London Hexagonal datestamp for JA.11.1898. Addressed to Somerset and backstamped with a Bridgewater cds for the following day. Some cover faults nevertheless a very visual and unique usage. 1994 BPA Cert.
