1877 4d Sage green Pl.15. Very fine unused o.g. bottom marginal imperforate plate block of twelve lettered RA-TD, each stamp overprinted "SPECIMEN" type 9 and showing plate number"15". An extremely rare and attractive piece from the colour standard sheet.
