1867 Transatlantic mail. Very fine envelope sent from Lincoln to Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio, United States. Prepaid by a 1s Green Pl.4 (Wmk. Emblems) tied by a Lincoln "458" duplex for JA.31.1867. with a red "PAID" handstamp at foot. An attractive example of this scarce issue on cover.
