<p>1886 pre-printed illustrated cover to Berlin, Germany, franked by 1883-84 2½d lilac (JL), tied by Lee duplex for OC 22 86, the illustrations, printed in carmine, depict a cameraman photographing a group of people in front of a ruin, the camera being approached by a bull, and the reverse depicts children in formal wear outside Poulton's shop. Some minor imperfections, still a fine and attractive illustrated cover. SG 190.&nbsp;</p>
