East China: 1950 'Harvesters and Ox' $5000 indigo and $10,000 scarlet in left marginal vertical pairs, each overprinted specimen in Chinese, these stamps were prepared for use but never issued, although the $10,000 was subsequently surcharged $20,000 and issued as a unified PRC stamp in May 1950 (SG 1431), each with 2007 Experts & Consultants cert, most unusual.&nbsp;
