1914 (Sept) 12a carmine-lake showing overprint double, one albino lower marginal block of ten (5x2) with centre guide (= R15-16/7-11), o.g. (eight stamps unmounted). The albino impression (1½mm above and 1mm to left of the inked opt) exceptionally clear and with fully inked offset on reverse of eight stamps (partial on the other two). Lightly toned (and separation at centre), still fine colour and appearance. A unique positional multiple, from a sheet issued at Basra (Iraq) in Feb 1916. (cat £600+).
