Maharao Raja Raghubir Singh, franked by 2a deep green tablet type ‘A’ Benns setting 25 and Official 1a red tablet type ‘B’ Benns setting 23, opt type O2 in black inverted, tied by native cds for 28 ? 24, with registration label at right, trivial peripheral wear, a most attractive and highly important item, with officials extremely rare on commercial cover! &nbsp;What this cover may demonstrate is that the officials (created solely for sale to collectors) enjoyed equal postal validity with their unoverprinted counterparts, despite this not being on official mail. &nbsp;SG 20-O8cB</p>
