<p>1890s well written up collection of 1890 reprints of the 1854 issues of India, housed in an album, organised by type and sheet positions (though lacking Spence numbers), many accompanied by photocopy illustrations, with ½a essay head and issued head in blue and red, 1a proposed design submitted by Capt Thullier in blue, both cut from sheets, (Spence 29), 4a assorted types with blocks, essay head types under printed Specimen, 2a essay in red and green and the 8a, fair to fine condition, an ideal study collection for expansion.&nbsp;</p>
