1937-52 comprehensive mint and used collection housed in an album, well written up including: 1937 ‘Dhows’ perf SPECIMEN set to 10r, ‘Dhows' used set mostly cancelled 1 APR (first day of issue), 5r bright aniline purple shade used, 1937 Coronation perf SPECIMEN set, shades and noted varieties, 1939-48 perf SPECIMEN set, shades, 1946 Victory with perf SPECIMEN set, with additional perf SPECIMEN set showing variety ‘ACCENT over D’ and variety as mint singles and used in block of four, and flaw corrected, 1949 RSW 10r as imprint pair (with Aden states 5r's), 1951 issue to 10s on 10r, study of minor varieties and plate re-entries, generally fair to fine condition an interesting lot.
