<p>1942 envelope to a missionary in Chungking bearing British 3d and 1/-, Wilmslow machine cancel, censor tape at left. &nbsp;Bears a rice-paper POSTAL NOTICE affixed to the front giving details of additional charges for delivery by airmail beyond Calcutta, whereby an excess charge of $2.25 per 5g was paid on delivery by the addressee. &nbsp;The cover has duly had Chinese adhesives (4 x $1, 1 x 50c) added. &nbsp;A short-lived arrangement and a rare cover, which has been opened out for display&nbsp;</p>
