QV to QEII mixed mint and used collector's clear-out, assorted issues with many classics and a fair few still on original dealers' cards, including QV early ‘Pence’ and ‘Cents’ issues, 1885 10c on 16c pale violet, type 22 local surcharge, used (RPSL Cert (2005) SG 161 (£5000) 1885 5c on 16c pale violet, Wmk CA, type 21 local surcharge in block of four unused (SG 180 £760+) ranges of the three Kings, including SPECIMENS, blocks and good range of Officials, wmk varieties, 1921-32 15c green on pale yellow Die I & Die II in gutter block of four (SG 349b £650+) listed varieties on KGVI with 3c black & deep blue-green perf 11½x11 variety ‘A’ of ‘CA’ missing from wmk (SG 387da cat £1300),1938-49 50c black & mauve perf 11½x11, clearly showing variety ‘A’ of ‘CA’ missing from watermark (KGVI Expertising Certificate SG 394da £1500) 1937 Coronation, 1946 Victory and 1947 New Constitution sets all perf SPECIMEN, some complete sheets, and complete sheets of modern issues, postal history with pre-stamp entire letters, local and outgoing mail, Boer War, first flight covers, postcards and telegraph forms, Telegraph stamps, Revenues, GB 19th Century Newspapers, Ceylon Postal Notices, modern issues with noted proofs and varieties, Sperati die proofs and sampling of GB, mixed condition, though generally fine, much retail potential, with careful sorting sure to reward.
