1840 to 1967 mainly used collection in 15 albums in two cartons including range of 45 pre-stamp entires with two Parliamentary free franking covers, 1840 unused Mulready 1d envelope, 1d and 2d lettersheet, used selection of 12 1840 1d blacks 2-3 margins, 2d blue (2) 1-2 margins and horizontal pair (BE/BF) 3 margins on piece tied by red MC, 1841 range of 1d red-browns, horizontal strip of 6 (QG-QL) with heavy horizontal crease unused, range of 1841 2d blues, 1855 1d on cover tied Birmingham spoon and another with Shrewsbury spoon, 2d blue tied to piece by neat Liverpool spoon cancel, 1864-79 range of 1d plates to 225, 1870 ½d range, 1847 embossed close-cut 6d, 10d and 2x1s, surface-printed range to 6d, 1867 10d (3), 1s green (16), 2s blue (3), 5s rose, 1876 8d orange (2), 1883 2s6d 5s(2) and 10s (2), 1880-81 to 5d (2) 1880 1d venetian red block of 15 (5x3) unmounted mint, 1880 3d on 3d and 6d on 6d (2),1880-83 to 1s, 1887 Jubilees to 1s (both), 1891 £1 green, range of officials (not guaranteed), KEVII to 1s (4) £1 green with Jersey d/r cds, mint 1912 to 1s including selection of controls to 7d, 1924 selection of controls, 1918 used Seahorses 2s6d (4), 5s and 10s, 1929 £1 PUC, 1935 Silver Jubilee mint set to 1s in plate blocks of 12, KGVI low values mint with several FDCs, mint from 1953 including a few minor varieties, good range of Wildings including phosphors in blocks of up to 12, range of PO training school stamps in blocks of 4 to 10s, used duplicated commemoratives and definitives.
