BRITISH AFRICA: QV-QEII mixed mint and used collection housed in six albums, including Bechuanaland ranges with some sets, KUT 1890-95 Arms values to 5r, 1895 type 6 opts to 5r, 1895-96 opts on India set to 5r (SG 49-63 cat £850 mint), later QV values and sets, 1903-04 Wmk CC 20r grey & stone (SG 15 £1200) 50r grey & red-brown (SG 16 £3000) 1912-21 assorted KGV values to 20r purple and blue on blue optd ‘SPECIMEN’, 1922-27 values to £5 black & blue optd ‘SPECIMEN’ (SG 99s £850), Rhodesia with Arms, assorted Double Heads and Admirals, (mixed types), Nyasaland with some high values, few optd ‘SPECIMEN’, some fiscally used, Somaliland, Sudan with 1935 General Gordon set, album of Swaziland and Tanganyika Mafia 2a6p (SG M37) and 3a (SG M38), 1917-21 20r mint (SG 61 cat £350) and 50r mint (SG 62 cat £750), 1922-24 set, Uganda typeset issues, mixed condition with fine, careful sorting sure to reward.
