1840 1d black Mulready letter sheet, stereo A54, forme 3, uprated with 1840 1d black plate 2 (AF), to pay postage up to one ounce, sent Torquay to Whitchurch via London, sheet and adhesive cancelled with black MC and l/l Torquay cds 'DE 30/1841'. Good BPA certificate (2001) states " adhesive removed, treated to reduce staining and replaced". Some ageing still attractive. SG ME1/Spec. ME1g
