This card would be in Near Mint condition except the Top Left of the front of the card (and back) have a small dent. No Holo scratches and all other edges and corners are crispy. Because of that we would grade that condition at “Light Play-”About this card: The card, originally printed in EX Ruby & Sapphire, was reprinted as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos and was awarded at sanctioned European POP tournaments in February and March 2004, and then at U.S. POP tournaments in July 2004. This print features an embossed Pokémon Organized Play logo (Poké Ball) in the bottom right of the illustration.
