1899 gummed American Bank Note Co. sample proof sheet printed in lilac, approx 135 x 210mm bearing seven stamp impressions which include the finished master dies for the 1869 small and large revenue stamps, also fine examples of 200r, 400r and 600r unissued designs and finally two impressions of ABNC sample 5c ‘stamps’, the sheet with three American Bank Note Co New York imprints, some glue stains at edge of item not detracting from an overall lovely item.
