Mid 19th C. onwards mixed mint and used collection arranged in two albums, including bills of exchange, bill of lading, entertainment tax, internal revenue, etc., and a large quantity of predominantly black handstamped revenue cutouts from documents from 1624-c. 1800 listed by city, and the later 18th C. issues for ‘timbres de dimension, proportionnels’ etc. Condition varies but ought to make for worthwile viewing.
