1948 (9th Feb) complete Inspection Certificate paying duty 'by Special arrangement' on an enormous 768 locations mining copper, attracting stamp duty of £384 paid for by KGV large format £50 grey (7) in strips of 4 and 3, £30 red brown and £2 brown (2), all tied by ms signatures and 'ACCOUNTANT GENERAL/ LUSAKA' oval ds in black dated '20 FEB'. A remarkably high franking of these attractive and popular KGV issues.
