Tribal Taxes; Ondonga. Registration card with 1962-1964 paid with a strip of three 1931 ½ds surcharged ‘Ondonga/ R1.00’ in red. Stamps ceased to be used after 1964; the subsequent payments to 1972 were each indicated by yellow labels attached to the card. One or more labels have come off the card. Registration cards with Rand-denominated stamps are rare, only four being recorded for all the tribes. &nbsp;Soiled and worn, as to be expected
