Telegraph. 1904 KEVII 8a to 2r, 5r to 50r, six values, each with typeset "SPECIMEN" opt (Samuel type T13) x2 (printed at one operation, with consistent 26mm spacing), o.g. Odd minor blemishes (gum bends, 50r with corner crease and one faintly toned perf), still superb appearance with lovely fresh colours, and the 10r with "opt double, one albino" (like one other example seen). A very rare group, believed by the previous owner to have been prepared for the International Telegraph Conference in Paris in 1925.
