<p>National Health Insurance: c.1926 5d to 19s6d set of THIRTY (plus 1s blue with ‘National health’ appropriation) each handstamped ‘SPECIMEN’ applied to presentation board (210 x 335mm) on very thick card, arranged in vertical columns for 1 week, 2 week, 8 week and 13 week rates as an aid for counter staff to correctly accept multiple payments, with crowned Supplied for Public Service' handstamp applied at top. A splendid item of which very few will have survived intact.&nbsp;</p>
