<p>National Health Insurance: 1911 Unissued Bromide Essay denominated 4½d on thin card (83x108mm), depicting two cherubs holding up a cloth with one arm which reveals the value tablet, and supporting the crown with the other. Initialled ‘GWE’ at lower left. An interesting and highly attractive essay, which shows similarities to the issued design, particularly in the top half, the final issued design omitting both cherubs.&nbsp;</p>
