1956 (15 Feb) plain registered FDC to Nottingham from sender at Nakuru with block of four 2½d ochre, Que Que CDS.  'Deceased' in ink on front, ' 'To R.L.B.' and boxed 'UNDELIVERED FOR REASON STATED'  cachets, in red and violet on front.  Reverse with five different CDSs; Que Que despatch, Nottingham R.L. Duty, RLB Salisbury, Bulawayo and Nairobi; manuscript account on envelope of opening at Salisbury RLO, and type-written account of the envelope's journey from the sender.  Different!  SG 3a
