1938-52 specialised accumulation of duty plate flaws (219 stamps, mint and used) on stocksheets, values to 2/-.  Notable showings of the 2d and 1/- values, plus a 6d pair used, the left stamp with R4/1 RP broken 'E' but with colour run.  An interesting lot, well worth careful study
